Townhome & Condo Parking:
Both properties have a shared garage- Low Clearance of 6'6" or less (compact up to mid size cars, smaller suvs, no taller than a Sportage Kia) Convenient direct access from inside garage to unit.
Reservations & Payment:
1. Request Reservation Form & return to book reservation, (via email or by private efax: 360-824-6118)
2. Complete, Sign, & Fax Vacation Rental Agreement provided to you.
3. Half down at time of booking & remaining balance due 30 days from arrival date. 100% is due upon booking reservation if 30 days or less from arrival date.
4. Payments may be made with Visa, Debit, AM Express, MC, or by check.
5. An Access code for the townhome will be emailed once full payment has been made.
6. Cancellation Policy: 100% refund if received 45 days or more in advance,
prior to arrival date.
